1.1 The money back guarantee, Payments, Free trial and discount codes

 

All accounts are set up on a prepay basis.. We are reserves the right to change prices of accounts or services at any time, but no changes will be made to the accounts which are with us for longer than 60 days already. All pricing is guaranteed for the period of prepayment

Any changes to prices will be clearly communicated to customers prior to their application, with customers being given one month's notice of any changes.

 

No bills or invoices will be sent by regular mail. All invoices will be sent directly to customers via email shortly after the online purchase has been made.

 

With using any of our discount codes you are losing 30 day money back guarantee. Also there will be no refunds made when you have used any of the discount codes.

 

If payment is late more than 3 days, services will be suspended immediately and will remain offline until payment is made. If no payment is made 30 days after your account has been suspended for non payment, your account will automatically terminate and all of the data’s will be cleared from our servers.

Refunds

Fees charged on a pre-pay basis (together with account set-up fees, where applicable), are non-refundable.

Customers will only be entitled to a refund when the service is within a trial period, or where the service is cancelled by US.

 

In the event that we cancel the customer's service, the customer will be entitled to a pro rata refund based upon the remaining period of membership. If a customer contravenes Our Terms of Service a refund may not be issued in the event of a cancellation.

Excessive download content or non-linked content.

 

Refusal of service based on content matching either of these two criteria is at our decision.

 

We reserves the right to move your data to a different server with no previous notice.

 

1.3 FUP –Fair User Policy

 

www.VLWebhosting.com offers an unlimited use policy. In some cases, we may find a customer to be using server resources to such an extent that he or she may abuse service and its performance. In such instances, we reserve the right to suspend that service immediately. This policy is only implemented in extreme circumstances. Customers may be offered an option to continue their service with reduced usage specified by US. Failure to comply with such measures may result in your service being terminated.

We will move up to 5 sites and 5 databases for you for no cost. If you want us to move a greater amount of sites and or databases, you will be charged at £2 for each additional site or database we move.

 

1.6 Responsibilities for data

 

Provider www.VLWebHosting.com is not responsible for any of the data stored at our servers. Every customer is responsible for making of its own backups, despite the fact that system backups are made every 24 hours.

Please make sure to back up your system data as you are responsible for them!
